For one week, spend a few mindful moments each day simply noticing the natural world around you.
Each day, choose one small focus:
🌳 Day 1: Notice the trees — their shapes, bark, and colours.
🐦 Day 2: Listen for birds — how many sounds can you hear?
🌤️ Day 3: Watch the sky — its movement, light, or patterns.
🌸 Day 4: Look closely — find a flower, seed, or leaf detail.
💧 Day 5: Feel the elements — the wind, warmth, or rain.
🪶 Day 6: Notice signs of life — insects, animals, or tracks.
✨ Day 7: Reflect — what have you discovered by slowing down?
Take a quick photo or jot a few notes each day to record what you noticed — you’ll be amazed by how much changes in a week.
